22 yrs old: Graduated US Air Force Academy
23 yrs old: Bought 1st house (lived in construction for 6+months) began managing nuclear weapon equipment programs for US Gov.
24 yrs old: Sold 1st house, bought 2nd flip (lived in construction months again), overhauled nuclear weapon equipment program for US Gov (saved ~$800M)
25 yrs old: Bought first mobile home park (30+ units) $0 out of pocket. Wholesaled 2 parks for $130K. Started managing $7 Billion in equipment for Air Force.
27 yrs old: Bought 182 Units $0 down, left Air Force career.
28 yrs old: Sold 94 units, buying 100+ Units $0 down. Building software and services to enable others to also close 100+ units for $0 down. Won Most Investable Company on TV show "The Blox".
